The new hearing for truck driver, Rogel Aguilera-Mederos, will take place on January 13th. This case became famous with the power of social media. Truck Driver, Rogel, was sentenced to 110-years for the death of 4 people in an interstate crash where his brakes failed and caused a 28-car pileup.
